Having achieved digital transformation in its business processes with Pargesoft consultancy and experience, Silkar Madencilik A.Ş. evaluated its partnership of over 10 years at the Microsoft Technology Summit 2018.
Silkar Holding A.Ş., which operates in numerous sectors, particularly automotive and natural stone, participated in the 2018 Microsoft Technology Summit, where topics such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and virtual reality were discussed.
In partnership with Pargesoft, the company has integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and Power BI, adding value to its business processes with Pargesoft consulting. Silkar Mining A.Ş. Chairman of the Board Erdoğan Akbulak describes his Pargesoft customer experience as follows: “We crossed paths with Pargesoft in 2007. At the time, we were looking for an ERP solution, and Microsoft Navision was an option that impressed us greatly. We contacted Pargesoft to learn about Navision and immediately began working together on ERP integration. Looking back today, we see a partnership that has spanned over 10 years and has been extremely successful. Murat Türkoğlu, General Manager of Silkar Mining Inc., explains the criteria the company set for choosing Pargesoft: “We wanted to have the technology of today and tomorrow at our fingertips, and we wanted this technology to be integrated end-to-end. We started with Pargesoft’s ERP systems, both to stay competitive and to meet our needs, and then we implemented CRM integration. After a while, we replaced the ERP system and moved to a second ERP system. We also used Power BI, or business intelligence systems.
